Welcome!
We are Atlanta Senior Squadron 2 of the
Civil Air Patrol, based
on the south side of Atlanta at the Griffin-Spalding Airport in
Griffin, GA. We exist to serve our neighbors and our country.
Some of us are pilots, some of us aren't- but all of us have
a strong desire to serve as the United States Air Force
Auxiliary. Thanks for visiting!
Visit our Squadron
We
meet every Thursday evening at the Civil Air Patrol building located on
the southeast corner of the Griffin-Spalding Airport (6A2) from 7pm

Emergency
Services
The Civil Air Patrol conducts over
90% of all inland Search and
Rescue operations in the United States. Not only are we the
primary tool the Air Force uses to search for missing aircraft, we
conduct disaster recovery, homeland security, and non-auxiliary
missions for local governments and private agencies, such as local law
enforcement and the American Red Cross.
