Traditionally, the military Dining-Out does not use a printed program, however, since this is a first experience for many of the attendees, a program will be prepared to assist the cadets and the guests with the sequence of events, and will be available the night of the event. This is a professional military social function, and is part of the professional and leadership development of the cadets. Certainly, it is intended to be rewarding to the cadets for their very hard work, but this Dining-Out is also a training event, and a great opportunity for family and guests to witness and participate in this unique event. The purpose of the Dining-Out is to bring together the CAP Members in an atmosphere of camaraderie, good fellowship, and social rapport. The basic idea is to enjoy yourself and the company of your fellow members. The Dining-Out, therefore, is very effective in building high morale and esprit de corps. The military unit Dining In, is an ancient custom that is traditionally restricted to the members of the military unit. In recent years, the custom has been expanded to the Dining-Out, to permit family members to participate in the activities. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) An Online Reservation is REQUIRED for every member of the party, including the CAP member 2) Payments MUST be made in advance, and we will not take payments at the door.
