Welcome to the web site of the Griffin Composite Squadron of the United States Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol. The Griffin Composite Squadron meets three Saturday's each month at the Griffin-Spalding Airport, from 8:45 AM - 1 PM. The calendar below will list all of our meetings and special events. If you have a comment, or would like additional information about our squadron, please click HERE to email our Squadron Commander. For a Map to our squadron building, click HERE. We are at the SW corner of the airport, where Airport Rd. and Hill St. (AKA Zebulon Rd) intersect. We are a "Composite" Squadron with both Adult members and young people, males and females, between the ages of 12 and 21, but new cadets must join before their 19th birthday. Anyone wishing to join after their 19th birthday, would be considered an Adult Member. Together the young people and adults participate in all aspects of the Civil Air Patrol Program, including Cadet Programs, Emergency Services, and Aerospace Education. Parents of prospective cadets should look over the CAP Parents Guide, located HERE.
